Description
- Includes two 10-Day Immersions at the Yoga House studio in Montrose, Colorado and at-home studies.
- Once registered, the pre-requisites will be emailed along with suggested readings (all suggested readings are not included).
- A Yoga House syllabus is included and provided on the first day of class.
- Housing and meals are not provided, however breaks will be given throughout the day with restaurants and a grocery store in walking distances.
- Water, and light snacks provided throughout the day.
- Must stay for the full 2, 10 days to sign up and to get the appropriate credit to complete the course
- Certificate provided upon completion and access to become a Yoga Alliance member.
